Recently remodeled rooms with new bathroom fixtures. Exceptionally comfy beds and pillows. Great location with many dining options nearby. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Advanced apologies and attempts to rectify issues promptly noticed.

our room was brand-new and quiet, provided with mini fridge, very firm beds, a microwave. location: the hotel was just off the lansing conference center, and stores and restaurants. btw, we went to see the lake, it was 40 minutes walk from the property.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

I had a very peaceful experience during my 2-day stay at this extremely convenient hotel. I loved the particularly good location, which is close to restaurants, an arcade, the college area of East Lansing, and stores. The hotel's proximity to restaurants, the college area, and entertainment options made my stay enjoyable.

it was not expensive, so you get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean and the staff was friendly

The water in the shower did not get hot. the floor creaked when you walked on it

The room is very low quality, and not updated whatsoever. The breakfast buffet is a joke. I had to go to Mcdonalds for cofee and an egg Mcmuffin.

My friends and I got lost in Lansing, and when we called Super 8 the girl at the desk stayed on the phone with us, giving us step by step directions to where we needed to be. For our troubles she upgraded our room.

It was freezing in our room. We all had to sleep with hoodies, and socks. The temperature would not go up, and every 5 minutes it began blowing cold air. There was a drawer missing in the dresser.

The service was polite, the location was unbeatable, and there was free onsite parking available.

I liked the close proximity to Wharton and restaurant options.
